The BackerKit Survey will be sent to your email address that is linked with your Kickstarter account. We recommend checking all inboxes associated with this email address, including the spam, junk, and advertisement inboxes.

Please note, if you have used the "Apple Hide My Email Address" function when creating or logging into your Kickstarter account, this will create a fake email address with "AppleID" at the end and this will inhibit us from sending your survey to your email address. Please make sure your email address is updated in BackerKit so we can send the survey to your correct address.
