On the main Campaign page for a Kickstarter campaign, you will be able to view a 'Support' section of the page. This will be a 'scroll bar' which allows you to select which reward you would like to pledge.  Underneath each pledge level, there will be 'estimated delivery' information and 'ship to' information.
